Anxiety is often dismissed as everyday stress, but for many gay men, it runs much deeper. In this video, we examine how minority stress, internalized homophobia, and the ongoing process of coming out shape anxiety within the LGBTQ+ community

But anxiety doesn’t have to define our lives. With LGBTQ+-affirming mental health care, intentional boundaries, and everyday practices that support rest, grounding, and self-compassion, it’s possible to ease anxiety’s grip and move toward balance.
